Responded effectively to communications. Would have appreciated an update about the expected delivery date. Was some confusion since I wanted the order to be delivered as a gift to a different city but once it was sorted, the delivery arrived as promised. Maybe a box can be added that clarifies whether the package goes to the billing address or to a different address to mitigate unnecessary confusion.
