The doll is adorable for little girls around the age of 1. Unfortunately for me, I sent the doll directly to my daughter who texted me that my granddaughter ALREADY HAS THE SAME DOLL given to her by my son-in-law. I tried to exchange it for another doll but they wouldn't take it back even though the doll was not personalized. I was not happy at the response by the doll company. I wanted to get another doll - I wasn't asking for a refund!!! So now, I will make sure not to use this company again.
