The doll is very cute and soft, perfect for a first doll. I love that the hair has strands for the baby to play with. I had been eyeing these dolls for months. We had some issues with the order initially, it took 3 tries for them to use the color I had chosen for the personalization which was very frustrating. In the end they fixed the problem with much back and forth and finally got it right. Thankfully we ordered the doll well in advance of her first birthday.
