As parents, we know that when it comes to our children, nothing matters more than their safety. That's why every Leyadoll is thoughtfully designed, carefully tested, and made to become a trusted companion from the very first cuddle.
How Do We Make Sure Our Toys Are Safe for Your Little One?
We work with independent laboratories to carefully test every product before launch. Each new production batch is then inspected before shipment and again upon arrival at our warehouse.
Our toys meet all the safety rules for every country where we sell them. The main standards we follow are ASTM F‑963, EN‑71, and CPSIA, and we have a CPC (Children's Product Certificate) for every item.

Our management, design, and warehouse teams take regular trips to our factory partners. We are a smaller brand, so we work closely with our trusted factories, which means we can track every step from raw materials to the finished toy. Our partner factories are ISO 9001 certified, so we know our quality standards are consistently upheld from start to finish.
A Few Simple Tips to Help Keep Every Cuddle Safe for Your Child
Before the First Cuddle
- Gently clean the surface of your Leyadoll before its first cuddle.
- Remove and dispose of all packaging materials, including plastic bags, ties, and tags, before giving the doll to your little one.
- After its journey to your home, give your Leyadoll a quick check to make sure everything is in perfect condition.
Everyday Play
- For babies and younger children, we recommend enjoying playtime together with a parent or caregiver.
- After lots of cuddles and adventures, it's a good idea to occasionally check that the seams and decorative details, such as bows, flowers, or pom-poms, remain securely attached.
- If your Leyadoll shows signs of excessive wear after years of love, we recommend replacing it to help keep every cuddle safe.
After Play
- Wash your Leyadoll as needed, following the care instructions, to keep it fresh, clean, and ready for cuddles.
- If your little one enjoys cuddling their doll before bedtime, we recommend moving it out of the crib once they have fallen asleep, following safe sleep recommendations for infants.
- Store toys intended for older children separately from toys for younger siblings.
How Do I Wash My Toy?
Machine Washable Toys
Place your toy inside a laundry bag before machine washing and tumble drying to help keep it looking its best.
Talking Dolls & My 1st Soccer Crew
We recommend surface cleaning only for the doll's bodies. Wipe gently with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. However, the removable clothes on these dolls can be machine-washable in a laundry bag.
My Doll Got Squished in Shipping. How Do I Make it Look Nice Again?
Your Leyadoll may arrive a little squished after travelling to its new home. That's completely normal! After a long journey, Leyadolls would like a little stretch, just like we do. Follow these simple steps and repeat them whenever you like.
