Supporting Families Through Our Donation to Mamas for Mamas

At the North American Leyadoll office in Canada, we are always looking for charities and non-profit organizations that would benefit from donations of our dolls.
Becoming a new parent can be both exciting and overwhelming, and having access to support during difficult times can make a meaningful difference. Even something as simple as diapers, clothing, or newborn essentials can help ease the burden for families in need.
What began as a Facebook group for mothers has grown into Mamas for Mamas, a national charitable organization dedicated to supporting mothers, caregivers and families experiencing hardship across Canada.
Through ongoing programs, resources, and community support, the organization helps individuals facing poverty-related challenges while working to reduce financial barriers for families in need. While the name highlights mothers, Mamas for Mamas welcomes caregivers of all gender identities and expressions, including men, trans, non-binary and Two-Spirit individuals. Their vision is a future where every caregiver and child feels supported and no family is left behind.
After learning more about the incredible work they do, Leyadoll was delighted to donate 30 of our non-toxic dolls to the Calgary location. Our Cherry Baby Girl, Princess Breeze and Daisy Girl dolls will be included in the new mom's and newborn kits — care packages filled with essential items and thoughtfully donated gifts for expecting and new mothers.
During the visit, Marisa and Kaylie were welcomed with open arms and given the opportunity to tour the facility and learn more about how the Calgary location operates. It was inspiring to see firsthand the passion and dedication of the staff and volunteers, all of whom were incredibly grateful for every donation and every act of support they received from the community.
We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such an impactful organization and look forward to continuing to support initiatives that help families across Canada.
