Cute first doll. Very soft. I gave it a 5 because it is so soft and seems well made. The only negative is the personalized name was peeling off when received and I just removed the remainder of the name. It was too close to Christmas to return it.

The doll itself is beautiful but the packing and shipping were poor. The gift bag that comes with the doll was completely destroyed as the product was only packed in a post bag. Something of this quality and price should be proper packaged in a box. Also it took over 2 weeks to arrive after it was shipped which again is below standard considering there was an additional shipping cost.
