It depends on the doll style 🩷

Our dolls currently come in three beautiful skin tone options: Light, Medium, and Deep. These names describe the doll’s fabric shades only, and colors may look slightly different in photos due to lighting or screen settings. We’re always listening and hope to offer more inclusive options in the future.

Leyadoll plush dolls are designed to bring comfort, companionship, and a sense of security through soft cuddles and familiar routines. Many little ones love carrying their doll during naps, playtime, travel, or big transitions. While our dolls are not medical or therapeutic products, they can become a sweet everyday comfort friend for children.

Many of our soft books include Montessori inspired ideas, such as hands on learning, real life routines, independent exploration, and simple practical skills.

A Montessori-inspired doll helps children learn through real-life, hands-on play. By letting little ones practice dressing, zipping, buttoning, and tying at their own pace, it supports fine motor skills, focus, confidence, and independence.

Our talking doll includes 8 built-in sounds and melodies 🩷 5 happy sounds: “I love you,” sneezing, giggles, laughter, and “WOW” sounds, plus 3 lullabies: “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star,” “Chopin’s Farewell,” and “Song of the G String.”

Selected Soccer Crew dolls come with a little pull string soccer ball. Gently pull it out, and it will automatically slide back for playful fun, sensory discovery, and extra interaction during cuddle time or match day play ⚽💛

Yes. Most Leyadoll dolls come with a free delicate gift bag, making them extra sweet for gifting 💛 Please note that gift bags are not included with backpack and playset products.

Yes. Your little one can always enjoy pretend play with Leyadoll dolls and playsets together 🩷 For tuck-in play, only Baby Girl Dolls are sized to fit inside our crib or basket playsets. Larger dolls, such as Daydream Girls, can still join the story, but they do not fit inside the crib or basket. Please check each product page for size details before ordering.

Materials & Safety

Leyadoll dolls are handmade from soft polyester and filled with hypoallergenic PP cotton. Their outfits may use cotton, polyester, or satin, depending on the design.

Our soft books are handmade with peach velvet and ultra-soft materials, designed for tiny hands, sensory play, and everyday learning.

Yes. Leyadoll products are designed with soft, baby-friendly materials for tiny hands, cuddles, and everyday play. For extra peace of mind, our products meet major toy safety standards, including US CPSIA, ASTM, CA CCPSA, EU CE EN71, and GB 6675.

Yes. Our personalization is completed using safe PVC printing, designed to create a soft and lasting finish on the doll’s outfit.

The sound is designed to be gentle for little ones. We always recommend using it with adult supervision, especially for younger babies.

Yes. Your little one’s safety is always our priority. Leyadoll products are tested to meet major toy safety standards in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. As with all toys, we recommend adult supervision, especially for younger children.

Personalization

Our current personalization font supports Latin letters and some commonly used accented letters. If you would like to personalize your doll in a non-Latin language, please email us at help@leyadoll.com before placing your order. We’ll be happy to check what we can do for you.

The personalization is heat applied onto Leyadoll products for a soft, lasting finish. Each name is placed by hand, so slight differences in positioning may happen. This is part of the handmade process and makes every personalized doll feel unique.

If your order has not started production yet, we will try our best to help. Please contact us at help@leyadoll.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Wash & Care

Most Leyadoll dolls are machine washable, except for Day & Night Layla with built-in sound modules. To keep your doll soft and beautiful, we recommend washing in cold water under 30°C on a gentle cycle with a laundry bag, then air drying. Please avoid heat above 35°C, as it may affect the personalized name print.

Because the doll contains a sound module inside. Spot cleaning helps protect the sound function and keeps the doll working beautifully.

Orders & Shipping

You can request changes within 6 hours after placing your order. Please check your order details by clicking “View Your Order” in your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the personalized name, shipping address, item style, or other order details.

For in-stock items, personalized products usually need 1–2 business days for production and will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is placed.
For pre-order items, shipping will begin after the pre-order period ends. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

We ship to many countries worldwide. You can view the full shipping country list here.
Free shipping is available on orders over $36 USD. For orders under $36, shipping fees vary by country and will be shown at checkout before payment.
Please note that American military addresses and some outlying islands are currently outside our delivery coverage.

International orders are shipped with our partner YunExpress. Final delivery is usually completed by your local postal service or courier. Estimated delivery times may vary by destination. Please allow 3–5 weeks for international delivery.

For orders shipped with our free shipping service, customs fees are usually covered. If you choose express shipping to the EU or Canada, customs charges may sometimes apply. If you ever pay customs fees for a Leyadoll package, please send the invoice or bill to help@leyadoll.com. We’ll be happy to help review it for you 🩷

Yes. We offer special promotions and discounts throughout the year. Active offers will be shown on our website or shared by email or SMS. Please note that only one promotion can be applied per order.

Because our products are custom made, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items unless your doll, backpack, or product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
