I still have not received my doll, this was meant as a present for my new granddaughter, I have contacted Royal Mail with the tracking number, they have told me that the parcel has been returned to yourselves but you are telling me that it has been delivered to me, which is not the case. I e mailed you on Fri 23.5.25 and am still waiting for you to reply. As you can imagine I’m very disappointed as I have not received the doll. Please can someone contact me regarding this issue.
