Took a while to arrive but was worth the wait. My grandaughter loves 'Polly' and smiles ever time she holds her. My only dissapointment was with the personalisation. I was expecting it to be woven but it looks like a cheap gold stick on. Doesnt distract from being happy with her though. The bag she comes in is a nice touch.

I do understand embroidering is time consuming. The customer service was really good, due to postal strike it took a long time to deliver which wasn't your fault but each email I sent Your customer service responded very quickly!

The advertisement was misleading. Thought I was getting a doll with thread monogramming NOT a Glitter imprint! I can’t even let my 6 month old granddaughter play with the doll because I’m afraid she is going get glitter all over her and ingest it! Not worth the money! Very disappointing

My only request would be to have a red-haired doll added to the options. This brown-haired one is close, but it's not red.
