While the doll itself is actually quite perfect, the delivery process was absolutely terrible. I ordered it 4 weeks in advance of my granddaughter’s first birthday and it arrived three weeks after that….a total of 7 weeks. Despite numerous follow-up emails to the company to question the status of my delivery, I received only automated responses. I would NOT order from them again.

This was a Christmas gift for our newborn great granddaughter. Not quite ready to play with it, but perfect for a baby’s first baby doll as there is nothing on the doll that would harm her if she put it in her mouth. Everything is sewn beautifully and there is no hair for the baby to get in her mouth. No loose attachments. Love it!
