I had been looking everywhere for a doll that looked like my grand daughter, with brown hair and blue eyes, and there just aren't any. When I found the leyadolls, and saw the personalized cherry girl, I knew I had to have it! But at the time it was out of stock. I waited and waited for it to be restocked, and was so happy when I received the email saying she was available again. When she came in the mail, she is perfect! Absolutely adorable, and looks just like my little 5 month old grand daughter with her little piggy tails! I can't wait to give it to her for Christmas!

The doll is very cute but the one thing I was very disappointed in was the name was in glitter. Not good for a little girl. I wish the name was embroidered on or ironed on or anything other then glitter. I bought it for my 18 month old granddaughter but am thinking of saving it for a bit til she is older so she does not put any of it in her mouth and come out with a mouthful of glitter. Other then that, the doll is super cute.

Cherry Girl is delightful! I have purchased this for my granddaughter's first birthday - coming up soon. I am sure she is going to love this little doll. I am perhaps just a little disappointed her personalised name was done in a gold glitter rather than a block colour. It will be interesting to see if the glitter lasts. But the doll itself is super sweet and soft and I love that it supports a wonderful cause.
