The package was delivered to the incorrect address. Our address is 433 which is exactly what the package showed, but it was delivered down the street to 435. No one had been home all week and I had checked with other neighbors. Fortunately when I contacted the shipping company as you directed, I requested a photo and was able to recognize the home. When I went there yesterday, the daughter answered the door and said they did receive a package with my address. I was sooooo relieved because my 2nd great-granddaughter will be 1 next week and I gave her sister one on her first birthday with her name on it and really wanted to do the same for Ember. Thank you!

I didn't realize it came from China but the dolls arrived in great condition, well made and adorable. They are soft and the names for personalization looked really nice. They came with pretty pink gift bags and stickers for birthday or congratulations. I think the babies I got them for will love them.
