To be totally honest I was very skeptical about order being that this was through Instagram. But I was pleasantly surprised I received my order in a timely fashion and I absolutely loved the doll and the quality of the doll. There was a small issue with personalization and I wrote to customer service and they were very prompt with their response which was within 24hrs and they were very accommodating offering a replacement. Now that’s what I call Customer Service. I will definitely be ordering again.
