Jollyhugs Animals:12 in / 30 cm tall
Backpacks: 9 in / 23 cm tall, designed to fit 12-inch dolls. Please note that backpacks are currently sold as part of specific sets on our website.
Materials & Safety
Safety Certified: Peace of mind is our priority. All Leyadoll products meets US CPSIA, ASTM F963-16/-17, CA CCPSA, EU CE EN71-1-2-3, and GB 6675.1–4 safety standards.
Leyadoll Dolls are handmade from soft polyester, with outfits in cotton, polyester, or satin, and filled with hypoallergenic PP cotton.
Soft Books are handmade from peach velvet and ultra-soft materials.
Personalization is completed using safe PVC printing.
Where are your dolls made?
Our dolls are thoughtfully designed in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 by a team of passionate professionals. We partner with a Disney-authorized manufacturer who shares our commitment to quality and craftsmanship, ensuring every doll meets high standards.
Can I Get The Personalization In My Preferred Language?
Currently our font only supports Latin letters and some widely used accented letters. If your personalization is in non-Latin language, drop us an email and we will help you do your customization!
How Is the Personalization Done On The Dress?
Our personalization is ironed onto the dolls. As it's aligned on the dress manually, it's normal that if your personalization is slightly uncentered.
What Skin Tone Options Are Available?
Our dolls currently come in two beautiful skin tones: Light and Tanned. We hope to offer more diverse options in the future — stay tuned!
Is A Presentation Bag Included?
All dolls are shipped with free delicate presentation bags.
We unfortunately don't provide bags for backpack products.
Are the Dolls Machine-Washable?
Most of our dolls (except for Day & Night Layla) are machine-washable. However, please note that the personalized name embroidery may come off if exposed to heat above 35°C.
To keep your doll in the best condition, we recommend washing on cold (under 30°C) and using a gentle cycle. Air drying is also advised.
Have the dolls been safety tested?
The safety of little ones is always our top priority. Each of our dolls is thoroughly tested to meet the safety standards of the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. That said, we always recommend adult supervision for young children when playing with any toys — including our dolls — to ensure the safest play experience possible.
Can I Customize My Doll?
We currently offer name personalization only, and all doll styles—including hairstyles, outfits, and other design details—are fixed and cannot be modified at this time.

Free shipping is available for orders over $36 USD.For smaller orders, The shipping fees to each countries vary. You'll get to see the totally cost when you complete to checkout page.

Order processing time
▶ In-stock items: Personalized items require 1–2 business days for production, and will be shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed.
▶ Pre-order items: Pre-sale dolls will be shipped after the pre-order period ends.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will be shipped once the pre-order period concludes, so that everything arrives together.
Carrier information
International orders are shipped via our partner Yun Express, with final delivery completed by your local postal service or courier.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, so please allow 3–5 weeks for your order to arrive.
How Can I Track My Shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the tracking number in the email or track it here

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal. All our payments are processed in USD.
Do I Have To Pay Customs?
If you are using our free shipping service, you will not have to pay customs. If you are using express shipping service and shipping to EU, CA, you might be asked for customs charge. If you have ever paid customs for your Leyadoll package, kindly send us the invoices/bills so that we can cover it for you!
Coupon codes and promotions
We offer special promotions and discounts throughout the year. All active offers will be clearly displayed on our website or shared via email or SMS.

Why Is The Price At Checkout Different From At Product Page?
This might happen because you have added 2 or more items in your order and a 15% discount has already taken precedence over the normal discount code.
After-Sales
Can I Return My Doll?
As all our products are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless your doll/backpack arrived damaged or wrongly.
I Would Like To Make A Complaint, How May I Do That?
Send us an email of your complaints(damaged or defective posters) to customer service at help@leyadoll.com.
We would appreciate it if you can include an image of the product as well as of the package.
We can take care of you better through email, so please contact us by dropping an email instead of messaging us on social media.
I've Made A Mistake In My Order, Can You Change It?
You can make changes to it up to 6 hours after you have placed your order. The changes can be made from the order confirmation that you have received by email once you have placed your order. By clicking the button 'View Your Order', you will find out the personalization that's been left
